Strategic Assume of Corollary Reconstruction and Water-saving Reform for Lixihe Irrigation District

Abstract: According to the actual states of the Liuxihe irrigation district, the strategic assume of corollary reconstruction and water-saving reform for Lixihe Irrigation District is proposed, while the further orientation in reform of irrigated area is considered. Also, two questions about the reform of irrigation district, which need much discussion, are presented in the end of this paper.
