Discussion of Designing Water Resources
Management Information System Based on the GIS

Abstract: In the course of information construction in building a water-saving city, it is necessary to develop water resources comprehensive management information system in planning as a whole of the city. The system would be simulate the routine management work of the water resources management department along with other interrelated departments, it also helped people to make a macroscopic analysis and decision-making. This system designed based on GIS technology and the network structure of Browser/Server. The overall design and adopted technology be proved in this paper.
